The evening features beautiful cello music by Richard Alton and inspiring reflections by Hannah Roberts based on Rudolf Steiner’s lectures on life after death. You are warmly invited to light a votive candle in memory of a loved one, and if you would like to read a short poem, verse, or reflection aloud, please let us know beforehand to help us plan the programme. To maintain the quiet atmosphere of the evening, we ask that participants arrive and leave quietly, and please note that refreshments will not be served on this occasion.

— Nick and Marion Vane, ASIS Committee

             _____________________________________

“The Incarnation of the Logos”

An Epic Tale of Christ’s Coming to Earth

Performed by storyteller Glen Williamson

☼ ☼ ☼

Ruskin Hall, Emerson College Saturday 14th November, 7.30 pm – 9pm Suggested donation £10 – £20

The story of Jesus’ birth, childhood and youth, as you’ve never heard it before. Harmonizing the conflicting accounts of Matthew and Luke, this saga weaves the threads of many traditions into an intimate but also cosmic drama.

Adam and Eve, Moses, Adonis, Osiris, Isis, Apollo, Krishna, Buddha and Zarathustra . All appear in this sometimes astonishing retelling of the greatest story ever told.

☼ ☼ ☼

Based on the Gospels and the work of spiritual researcher Rudolf Steiner and theologians Emil Bock and Edward R.
